HOPE CARES Skill development program is aimed at extending job-oriented training to school dropouts from the tribal belt. The objective of the program, is to help them find a livelihood by acquiring proficiency in specialized areas. Selected students are being sent for intensive skill development training at the ICICI Skill Development Centre in Coimbatore. The program is being organized in association with Voltas and it is operational in Attappadi (Palakkad District) and Wayanad.
