HOPE CARES - Empowering Tribal Students

HOPE - CARES is a new project aimed at supporting and empowering tribal students across Kerala was successfully launched on 1 October 2016 at Agali Govt. Higher Secondary School, Attappadi, Palakkad district. It was formally inaugurated by Smt. Sreelakshmi Sreekumar, Grama Panchayath President in a meeting presided by Mr. C. Radhakrishnan, District Panchayath member.

Eminent academicians, District Panchayath Authorities, Govt. Officials, School PTA Officials and Head of the Institutions from the schools in Attappadi were attended the function.

Mr. P. K Ashokan, Mr. Satheesh Kumar, Mr. A. R Suresh Kumar, Mr. Biju R. S, Mr. Thrideep V. S, Mr. Tenny Isaac, Mr. Vijayachandran. V, Dr. Latha, Mr. Sukumaran A S, Dr. Thajuddin Ahamed represented CETA Galaxy Trust and Mr. V K Krishna Kumar handled motivational classes for students.

During the function, HOPE-CARES scholarships were distributed to 23 selected students from Attappadi area and new HOPE scholarships were awarded to 10 students selected from Pattambi.
